A very beautiful fountain pen! The urushi lacquer feels very smooth and warm. The colour is purple with some blue touches. The long version of the cigar shape is indeed very long but it is very light. Even with my small hands I have no problem with the weight and the balance. It fits perfectly! The nib wrights very good with a bit of feedback but no scratching. I have the soft fine nib. It is not a flex nib but a good amount of line variation is possible. If you write with no or a little bit of pressure, then I definitely recommend you this nib but if you do write with pressure, take the normal fine nib.
